shopping 101 : identify your body shape, and then drape – accordingly

Before you can even think of shopping correctly you must know which body shape you have.
Be honest and accept the fact that everybody is different and we will each have our own assets. You cannot and should not try to fit in the same style or size as a person who is obviously a different shape and size as you. Then you can find out where your “areas of concern” are and avoid drawing attention to it.
Do-not-ever force a piece of clothing or accessories just because you like the style. If it clashes with what you are trying to achieve, then forget about it. We have to be ready to accept certain things we were used to can’t be anymore so we can positively and effectively make a change.
